Ivy Style Interview with Toshiyuki Kurosu
This is an incredibly good interview regarding Japan’s history with Ivy style. Dare I say a “must read”. Toshiyuki Kurosu was one of the guys in on Take Ivy. He also worked for VAN and was instrumental in VAN’s transition to Ivy style.

Richard Press just tweeted this video. Good little tour for someone like me who couldn’t make it to NY.

Ivy Style from the outsiders perspective

I was looking into the Princeton Beer Suits and came across this bloggers review of the Ivy Style exhibit at the MFIT. It’s nice to get the perspective (and a good review) of someone who isn’t in the menswear circle.

putthison:

I know I’ve posted about the Ivy Style exhibit enough, but this is a truly great video. Shot by Andrew Yamato for A Suitable Wardrobe, this clip features Christian Chensvold, Richard Press, and Bruce Boyer talking about the history one of America’s most classic sartorial styles.

So disappointed that I can’t see the exhibit for myself.
